The Cat Child: An Art Book

This book has been almost 3 months in the making. I was challenged to take an old story and re-imagine it.

The Cat Child is an art book based on the old Japanese story The Boy Who Drew Cats. The book contains 22 (not including cover and end credit) pages full of finished drawings, sketches, and writing revolving around my re-imagining of this story.

The story centers around our 14 year old main character, Makoto, who's family isn't sure how to handle there artistic child. Makoto then begins a journey that reveals that drawings aren't always what they seem.
